101(FIN) am and HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                            
101(FIN) An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief               
fund respectfully requests limited powers of free conference on the            
following specific point:                                                      
                                                                               
Process by which the Governor may expend state funds in excess of              
spending limits when the Legislature is not in session and is not              
convened in special session.
